The City of Orange City is centrally
located along Hwy 17-92 between DeLand and DeBary, and is considered to be

DeBary is located on the northern shore of
the beautiful St. Johns River, the gateway to southwestern Volusia County.
The City was named for Samuel Frederick DeBary, a New York wine importer
who built a landmark residence, now known as DeBary Hall. The mansion was
recently renovated and is listed in the National Registry of Historic
Places.

Orange City is comprised of approximately 6.8 square
miles, located in a prime area between Interstate 4, U.S. Highway 17-92,
Saxon Boulevard, and State Road 472 corridor in southwest Volusia
County. The local economy has a tradition of being service-related
and light industrial, which has now grown to include education, health
care and government, as the area's largest employers.
