More than 400,000 people call Volusia County home. Situated on the east coast of Central Florida, 47 miles of Atlantic Ocean beaches are a world class playground, with beachfront cities including Daytona Beach, Ormond Beach and New Smyrna Beach.

The City of Orange City is centrally located along Hwy 17-92 between DeLand and DeBary, and is considered to be the commercial hub of Southwest Volusia. Its land mass of 6 square miles is home to a population of almost 7,000 residents. Older stores line the Hwy 17-92 north / south corridor while newer chain based stores and restaurants are springing up along the Saxon Boulevard corridor.

DeBary is located on the northern shore of the beautiful St. Johns River, the gateway to southwestern Volusia County. The City was named for Samuel Frederick DeBary, a New York wine importer who built a landmark residence, now known as DeBary Hall. The mansion was recently renovated and is listed in the National Registry of Historic Places.

Orange City is comprised of approximately 6.8 square miles, located in a prime area between Interstate 4, U.S. Highway 17-92, Saxon Boulevard, and State Road 472 corridor in southwest Volusia County. The local economy has a tradition of being service-related and light industrial, which has now grown to include education, health care and government, as the area's largest employers.

Located on Florida’s Central East Coast, it’s no wonder the Daytona Beach area is one of Florida's best vacation destinations. With twenty-three miles of white-sandy beaches, family attractions, museums, entertainment, outdoor sports, shopping and dining, Daytona Beach is synonymous with "fun."
